FOR PROFESSIONALS
For your clients, psychoeducation between appointments.
Blisswell’s two apps offer structured psychoeducation on sexual wellbeing and couple relationships. Your client reads short sessions and practises between appointments; the clinical work stays with you.
- Prepared by a clinical psychologist, sex therapist and couples therapist
- No commission, referral fee or affiliate programme.
Who this is for
Professionals who work with clients on sexuality or couple relationships:
- Psychologists and psychiatrists
So the theme that came up in the room (an anxiety loop, a desire gap, a communication pattern) can be read and tried at home.
- Sex therapists
Structured home practice on body awareness, anxiety and step-by-step exercises.
- Couples therapists
Sessions on communication, conflict and closeness, with each partner on their own phone.
- Gynaecologists and urologists
A psychoeducation resource on the psychological and relational side of sexual function, after a medical assessment.
What the apps cover
Sessions are short, and most end with a practice or a conversation to try that day. Content is ordered from the client’s answers; no session diagnoses anyone.

Couples WellnessHow to suggest it
- Suggest the free assessment
It takes a few minutes, needs no sign-up and turns the answers into a personal plan. You can choose the right app together with your client.
- Share the page for the topic
Send one of the pages below for the theme you discussed; your client reads what the programme contains, and what it is not, there.
- Talk it through in the next appointment
You can discuss the session your client read and what came up in practice. Your client decides what to share.

Evidence and sources
Sessions draw on established approaches in the field, clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed research. The sources behind each session are shown openly inside the app, at the end of that session.
The guides on this site list their references at the end of each guide. Our editorial policy explains how sources are chosen and how corrections are made.
Privacy: client data does not come to you
Blisswell does not offer a therapist dashboard. You cannot see your client’s assessment answers, notes or progress, and the app sends you no reports.
The assessment is anonymous and the answers stay on the client’s device. If your client creates an account, it belongs to them alone; they choose what to share.
Limits
- Not therapy.
Blisswell is a psychoeducation programme; it does not diagnose, promise treatment or replace clinical assessment.
- Medical symptoms come first.
Pain, bleeding, a sudden loss of function or a change that may be linked to medication needs a medical assessment first.
- Not for a crisis.
Do not suggest the app where there is a risk of harm to self or others, or ongoing violence or abuse. In an emergency, call the local emergency number.
- Age limit.
Sexual Wellness: Blisswell is for adults aged 18 and over only.
No commercial relationship
You are not paid anything for suggesting Blisswell; there is no commission, referral fee or affiliate programme. The only basis for suggesting it is your professional judgement.
Who prepared it
Clinical psychologist, sex therapist and couples therapist
The programmes and guides were prepared by a professional who works with clients on sexuality and couple relationships. Training and credentials, with links for independent verification, are on the About page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an agreement to suggest Blisswell to a client?
No. There is no registration, contract or partnership. Sharing the assessment link or the page for the topic is enough. You are not paid, and no client information is passed to you.
Can I see my client’s progress in the app?
No. Blisswell has no therapist dashboard and does not send client data to professionals. If your client wishes, they can tell you about a session they read or an exercise they tried.
Does the app replace therapy?
No. Blisswell is not therapy; it is a psychoeducation programme. It supports understanding and practice between appointments. Clinical assessment and follow-up remain part of your work.
Which clients is it not suitable for?
It is not suitable in an acute crisis, with thoughts of self-harm, with ongoing violence or abuse, with symptoms awaiting medical assessment, or for under-18s (Sexual Wellness). The couples programme should not be suggested where there is violence in the relationship.
Which languages are available?
English, Turkish and Spanish. Both apps work in the browser, on iOS and on Android, and your client can switch devices with the same account.
Is it paid for the client?
The assessment is free and needs no sign-up. The full programmes are unlocked with a subscription; current plans are on the pricing page. Pricing.
