Which app is for me?
- Questions about your relationship
- Arguments, communication, trust, family boundaries, life after a baby: Couples Wellness: Blisswell. 37 modules, 287 sessions. You can use it alone; shared tools open when your partner joins.
- Questions about your sex life
- Desire, pain, anxiety, orgasm, premature ejaculation: Sexual Wellness: Blisswell. 23 modules, 179 sessions. Built for individual use, ages 18 and over.
- Both?
- You can use both. They are separate apps: separate account, separate subscription. Data and progress are never combined.
Browser and phone
- Can I use it without installing the app?
- Yes. Both programmes run fully in a browser. The assessment, the plan, the sessions and your progress are the same.
- I started in the browser — can I continue on my phone?
- Yes. Sign in to the phone app with the same email and password and pick up where you left off. It works the other way round too.
- How do I get back to the browser version?
- Go to blisswell.app and use the Log In link on that programme’s page. You can also add the page to your phone’s home screen.
- Does it work without internet?
- With the tab open it survives short drops and syncs your progress once you are back online. Opening it from scratch needs a connection.
Account and subscription
- Do I need an account for the assessment?
- No. The assessment and the plan at the end are free and need no sign-up. An account is only needed to save the plan and open the sessions.
- What does a subscription cost?
- It depends on where you are: US dollars outside Türkiye, Turkish lira inside it. The current amounts are on the pricing page. App Store and Google Play prices are shown in the store.
- How do I cancel?
- If you started on the web, cancel at blisswell.app; if you started in a store, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues to the end of the period.
- Is it one subscription for two people in Couples Wellness?
- Yes. Once you are connected with your partner, an active subscription held by either of you opens premium features for both.
Privacy and data
- Where do my assessment answers go?
- Your answers stay on your device. Only the module order of your plan is written to your account.
- Who can see my notes?
- Session notes and personal reflections are kept only on your own device. In the couple tools, answers open together once you have both replied.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app or the browser, open Profile and choose Delete Account. Deletion is permanent: your account record and your data are removed.
