If you feel you don't love your partner anymore, first look at where the love went

Created by a couples therapist and clinical psychologist

They are not a bad person, but you feel nothing towards them. Blisswell’s relationship programme does not push you to stay or to leave; it first looks at where the love faded.

First a free 4–5 minute assessment, then a 12‑step plan ordered for you.

If one of these sentences is yours

  • "I don't love my husband anymore, but I can't leave. I don't know what I want."
  • "I used to light up when I saw her; now we're like flatmates."
  • "He's not a bad person, but I feel nothing for him. Will this pass?"

Sentences we hear often; not user reviews.

What's inside

The quiz ranks where love has faded: closeness, appreciation, desire or built-up hurt. Your plan starts there; the rest of the 37-module programme stays open.

Topics covered in this section

  • Emotional intimacy (10 sessions)

Dimensions of intimacy, emotional distance, deep conversations. Seeing when and how the distance opened.

  • Gratitude and appreciation (10 sessions)

Seeing again what we stopped noticing: small gestures, expectations and disappointment.

  • How we show love (10 sessions)

Maybe love hasn't ended and you're speaking different languages. Finding your own way of showing care, and your partner's.

  • Desire and romance (10 sessions)

Escaping routine, spontaneous and responsive desire, the balance of closeness and desire.

  • Starting again (10 sessions)

Repair after hurt, a new story for the relationship, and seeking professional help when needed.

  • Alone or together

If your partner isn't ready, you start on your own; they can join later by invitation.

How it works

  1. Relationship quiz (4–5 minutes, free)

25–30 questions depending on your situation; the questions change with your answers. No sign-up; answers stay on your device.

  2. A 12-step plan

Where love has faded most sits within the first three steps; if arguments are wearing you down, the plan opens by calming them first.

  3. At your own pace

Most sessions take 12–15 minutes. On your phone or in the browser, with the same account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this programme for me if I don't love my partner?

Yes, if you want clarity about what you feel. The quiz helps tell apart love that has ended from love buried under tiredness and hurt. The decision stays yours.

Can love come back?

No one can promise that. But in many couples love is not gone, it is neglected. Regular work on closeness, appreciation and desire is the most honest way to see what is still there.

Can I start without telling my partner?

Yes. The quiz and most sessions are for one person. You can invite your partner later; one subscription covers you both.

Is it free?

The assessment and your suggested plan are free. Subscription content requires a paid Couples Wellness subscription, which also covers your linked partner. Sexual Wellness is a separate app with a separate account and subscription. See the pricing page for current options.
