Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

The person whose name, email and billing details are provided at checkout. The Buyer confirms that this information is accurate and complete.

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the digital subscription service ordered electronically by the Buyer on blisswell.app, the characteristics and price of which are stated below.

3. The Service and Its Price

Blisswell is a psychoeducation and wellbeing service for adults. A subscription grants time-limited access to in-app and web content: modules, guided sessions, tools and exercises.

• The type and term of the service (monthly or annual) and the total price including VAT are shown clearly in the order summary and on the payment page.
• The amount displayed on the payment page is the final amount in effect at that time.
• Any introductory or discounted price, the period it applies to and the subsequent renewal price are stated separately in the order summary.
• Payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure infrastructure of the payment institution. Card details are not stored by the Seller.

4. Performance and Delivery

The service is digital and involves no physical delivery. Once payment is approved the subscription is activated immediately and the Buyer gains instant access by signing in. Access details are sent to the email address provided.

An internet connection and an up-to-date browser or a supported mobile device are required to use the service.

5. Term, Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically for the selected term (monthly or annual).
• Renewal is charged to the stored payment method at the price in effect at that time.
• The Buyer may stop automatic renewal at any time in account settings or by writing to [email protected].
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; access continues for the period already paid for.
• Any price change is notified by email before it takes effect, and the Buyer may end the subscription upon that notice.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

A Blisswell subscription is performed electronically immediately after payment approval and therefore falls within this exception. At checkout the Buyer knowingly consents to this and requests that the service begin immediately.

7. Buyer’s Representations

• The Buyer confirms being at least 18 years old.
• The Buyer agrees not to share account or login credentials with third parties.
• Content is for personal use only; it may not be copied, distributed or used commercially.
• The Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Pre-Sale Information Form and this Agreement before payment.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698. See the Data Protection Notice for details.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, interruptions to electricity or internet infrastructure, decisions of public authorities, and similar). If the obstacle exceeds a reasonable period, either party may terminate the Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s place of residence or the place of the transaction, up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and of the Consumer Courts above those limits.

11. Entry into Force

The Agreement enters into force when the Buyer approves it electronically at checkout. A copy is sent to the Buyer’s email address and kept accessible from the account.
