A step-by-step programme for anxiety-related erectile difficulty
Created by a sex therapist and clinical psychologist
Anxiety-related erectile difficulty is when the thought "what if it happens again" puts a brake on the body. This programme works on that anxiety step by step, without pressure.
First a free 3–4 minute assessment, then a plan ordered for you.

If one of these sentences is yours
- "In the morning and on my own there's no problem; with my partner it just goes."
- "It happened once, and since then I start every time thinking 'what if it happens again'."
- "I saw a doctor, nothing physical was found; they said 'it's in your head' and left it there."
Sentences we hear often; not user reviews.
What is inside
Erectile difficulty has its own 6-session section; the 8-session stress and sexuality section completes it. The assessment orders these two, and the rest of the 23-module programme, for you.
Topics covered in this section
- Erection and the mind
Understanding how anxiety brakes the body; stepping out of the "spectator" position.
- Know your body
The physiology of erection in plain words: what happens, what does not, what sleep and stress change.
- Working with performance anxiety
Noticing anticipatory thoughts and returning to the body; short, repeatable practices.
- Pressure-free exploration
Removing the goal and relearning touch; you set the steps.
- Talking with a partner and practising together
How to open the subject and how to do the practice together.
- Long-term plan
Seeing that one bad night does not erase progress; a routine for continuing.
How it works
- Assessment (3–4 minutes, free)
The questions adapt to your answers; if there are health signs, the assessment points you to a doctor first. No sign-up is needed.
- A plan ordered for you
The plan always opens with foundation sessions, because the erection programme builds on relaxation and staying present. If erectile difficulty is in front for you, its programme sits within the first three steps.
- On any device
The same account works on your phone and in the browser. You continue where you left off; progress stays with you only.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it free?
The assessment and the plan are free. Sessions open with a Sexual Wellness subscription; current options are on the pricing page.
How do I know if it is psychological or physical?
A doctor makes the definitive call. If morning and solo erections are there but it does not happen with a partner, anxiety plays a large part; the medical check is still not skipped.
Can anyone see it?
No. Your answers and progress are kept in your account only and are never shared. You can delete your account completely at any time.
Phone or computer?
Both. You use your Sexual Wellness account in the web app and in the Sexual Wellness app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. This account is separate from your Apple or Google store account.
