What is this assessment?
Blisswell’s sexual wellbeing assessment is a free set of questions built to find which topic is asking for attention right now. No sign-up; at the end you get a ten-step plan of your own.
The questions are not a fixed list. They change direction with your answers, and anything that does not fit your body or situation is never asked. No two people see the same questions.

Why do some answers send me to a doctor?
Some things — a sudden onset or severe ongoing pain, for example — need medical assessment first. Starting exercises before the cause is known would not be right, and your plan waits for you.
