SEXUAL WELLBEING ASSESSMENT
Let us find where you should begin.
12–20 questions depending on you, about 3 minutes.
Questions change with your answers; you are never asked what does not apply.
At the end you get a ten-step wellbeing plan of your own.
Not a scale or a diagnostic tool. Your answers never leave your device.
What is this assessment?
Blisswell’s sexual wellbeing assessment is a free set of questions built to find which topic is asking for attention right now. No sign-up; at the end you get a ten-step plan of your own.
The questions are not a fixed list. They change direction with your answers, and anything that does not fit your body or situation is never asked. No two people see the same questions.
How it works
- Answer12–20 questions, about 3 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers.
- Topics get orderedYour answers are prioritised across 23 topics: body awareness, boundaries, communication, desire, pain, timing, postpartum and more.
- Get your planYour ten-step plan appears in order, and modules in the app then unlock in that order.
Safety
Some answers need medical assessment first — bleeding, sudden onset, severe ongoing pain. In that case the plan is not shown and we point you to a doctor. That is not a diagnosis; it only means the doctor goes first.
Who made it
The questions and the plan were written by clinical psychologist Murat Yön, MSc, an EMDR Europe Accredited Therapist. About the author and the method
Frequently asked questions
Is the assessment free?
Yes. Both the assessment and the ten-step plan at the end are free, and you can see them without signing up.
How long does it take?
12–20 questions depending on you, about 3 minutes.
Is this a test or a diagnostic tool?
No. It is not a psychometric scale, it diagnoses nothing and evaluates no one. It orders topics by which one is worth addressing first.
Are my answers stored?
The assessment runs in your browser; your answers never leave your device.
Does everyone get the same questions?
No. The questions change with your answers, and anything that does not apply to your body is never asked.
Why do some answers send me to a doctor?
Some things — bleeding, sudden onset, severe ongoing pain — need medical assessment first. Starting exercises before the cause is known would not be right, and your plan waits for you.
