These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blisswell: Couples Wellness app ("Blisswell", "the app", "we", "us"), operated by GMY Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blisswell. By using the app, you represent that you are an adult and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Not therapy or professional advice

Important. Blisswell: Couples Wellness is a relationship education and personal-development tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for couples therapy, counseling, or consultation with a qualified mental-health professional. Always seek the advice of a professional for any psychological or relational condition. If you are in crisis, experiencing abuse, or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a support line immediately.

All content in the app is educational and is grounded in published relationship research. It contains no explicit or adult-entertainment content.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content.

5. Subscriptions, free trial, and payments

The app is free to download. Couples Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks all chapters, modules, and premium features.
New subscribers may be offered a free trial (for example, 7 days). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and payment is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID / App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
One subscription, two people: when you are connected with your partner in the app, an active Couples Premium subscription held by either partner unlocks premium features for both, as described in the app. Partner premium access depends on the subscriber's subscription remaining active and the couple connection remaining in place.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Couple Mode and user content

Blisswell is designed to be used by two connected partners. Content you submit in shared features — such as daily couple questions, the weekly ritual, and the relationship compass — is, by design, visible to your connected partner once both of you have responded. Individual reflection answers are private to you and are not shown to your partner. Only connect with someone you trust. You are responsible for the content you create and share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, disrupting its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or infringing the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design, text, graphics, and the Blisswell brand are owned by GMY Bilişim or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMY Bilişim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
