Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time. How you cancel and request a refund depends on where you bought it. The three channels are covered separately below.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
Bought on blisswell.app
- Turn off automatic renewal in your account settings.
- Or write to support@blisswell.app to request cancellation; we process it the same business day.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Your access continues for the period you have paid for.
- If you are in a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends means no charge at all; your access continues until the end of the trial.
Bought through the App Store (iPhone / iPad)
- On your iPhone go to Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Select the Blisswell subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
- We cannot cancel these subscriptions; they are handled by Apple.
Bought through Google Play (Android)
- In the Google Play app go to profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select the Blisswell subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- We cannot cancel these subscriptions; they are handled by Google.
2. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For subscriptions bought on blisswell.app you have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason and without any penalty.
Because access starts straight away, at checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Ticking the box gives that request and that acknowledgement. Until then, and wherever the exception does not apply, the 14-day right remains.
How to withdraw
- Write to support@blisswell.app with a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.
- Include the email address used for the subscription and the date of purchase. No particular form of words is required.
- Sending the message before the 14 days end is enough; it does not have to reach us by then.
Where the right applies, we refund the amount paid without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method you used. There is no charge for the refund.
3. Other Refunds
Apart from the right of withdrawal, we refund in the following cases:
- No access at all: if the subscription could not be activated because of a technical obstacle we were unable to resolve, the full amount is refunded.
- Incorrect or duplicate charge: any amount charged in error or twice is refunded in full.
- Renewal after cancellation: if a renewal was charged although your cancellation was on record, the amount is refunded.
- Defective service: where the service is not provided as described, your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live are unaffected.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Write to support@blisswell.app.
- Include: the email address used for the subscription, the payment date and amount, and the reason for the request.
- We assess the request within 3 business days and reply in writing.
- Approved refunds are returned to the payment method you used within 14 days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment. If your bank applied a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, that fee is set by your bank and is outside our control.
Refunds for subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are requested from that platform; we have no access to those payments. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your order history in the Play Store for Google.
5. Deleting Your Account
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account and data entirely, use the account deletion page for the relevant app: Couples Wellness · Sexual Wellness · Calm Anxiety.
6. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, write to support@blisswell.app and say so; we look at the request again and reply in writing.
You keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025; consumers in the EU can contact an alternative dispute resolution body in their own country or their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). The full terms are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
