An anorgasmia programme with guided exercises at your own pace
Created by a sex therapist and clinical psychologist
Orgasm difficulty means not reaching orgasm, or reaching it only with great effort, despite arousal; it is not a flaw. This programme explores what your body responds to, without pressure.
First a free 3–4 minute assessment, then a plan ordered for you.

If one of these sentences is yours
- "It feels close, then it disappears; in the end I say 'that was it' — it wasn't."
- "On my own it happens; with my partner it never has. Is something missing in me?"
- "I don't know what I respond to, and because I don't know, I can't say it."
Sentences we hear often; not user reviews.
What is inside
Orgasm difficulty has its own 5-session section; the 6-session sensory map section completes it. The assessment orders these two, and the rest of the 23-module programme, for you.
Topics covered in this section
- Facts and myths
"At the same time", "from intercourse alone", "the same for everyone" — which of these the research does not support.
- Causes
Mental pressure, attention, insufficient stimulation, medication side effects, the climate of the relationship — which plays a part for you.
- Self-discovery map
Exploring, without judgement, what your body responds to and how; at your own pace.
- Breath, relaxation and letting go
Returning a goal-locked mind to the body; short practices.
- Together with a partner
How to say what you have discovered, and how to practise it together.
- Sensory map
Plain information on the body's language of pleasure, sensory intensification and helpful tools.
How it works
- Assessment (3–4 minutes, free)
The questions adapt to your answers. No sign-up is needed; you create an account only if you want to keep the result.
- A plan ordered for you
The plan always opens with foundation sessions, because the self-discovery work in the orgasm programme builds on relaxation and body awareness. If orgasm difficulty is in front for you, its programme sits within the first three steps.
- On any device
The same account works on your phone and in the browser. You continue where you left off; progress stays with you only.
