After infidelity, a step-by-step programme for rebuilding trust

Created by a couples therapist and clinical psychologist

You decided to stay, but trust does not come back all at once; talking turns into a fight, silence into distance. The after-infidelity programme works on rebuilding trust step by step, without rushing you.

First a free 4–5 minute assessment, then a 12‑step plan ordered for you.

If one of these sentences is yours

  • "We decided to stay, but I don't know how to trust again; every phone notification means something."
  • "I've apologised a hundred times; nothing I do is enough and I don't know what to do."
  • "When we talk it turns into a fight; when we don't, the distance grows."

Sentences we hear often; not user reviews.

What is inside

Trust and loyalty is a 10-session module; crisis and resilience (10), starting again (10) and jealousy and insecurity (5) complete it. The assessment orders these, and the rest of the 37-module programme, for you.

Topics covered in this section

  • The foundation of trust

What trust is, how it breaks, and why repair is a process rather than an event.

  • What is a crisis?

Understanding the shock and indecision of the first weeks; not deciding in a hurry.

  • Transparency and boundaries

What the hurt partner needs, what the other can give; the difference between "control" and "reassurance".

  • The truth under jealousy

Recognising the triggered moment; talking without entering the interrogation loop.

  • What starting again means

Not returning to the old relationship but building a new one; writing together what will change.

  • Couple sessions

You each answer on your own phone; answers open together only once both of you have written.

How it works

  1. Relationship assessment (4–5 minutes, free)

25–30 questions that adapt to your answers. No sign-up needed.

  2. A twelve-step plan

If trust is in front, the plan starts there; the remaining modules stay open.

  3. Two phones, one subscription

You invite your partner; the same subscription opens for both of you. The same account continues in the browser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it free?

The assessment and your suggested plan are free. Subscription content requires a paid Couples Wellness subscription, which also covers your linked partner. Sexual Wellness is a separate app with a separate account and subscription. See the pricing page for current options.

We haven't decided to stay; can we still start?

Yes. The crisis module is written for exactly that uncertainty; the programme does not recommend staying or leaving, it helps you get to a place where you can decide.

Can I do it alone?

Yes. The jealousy, emotion regulation and crisis sessions are single-person; your partner joins later by invitation.

Will my partner see my answers?

Your assessment answers are yours only. In couple sessions, answers open together only after both of you have written; nothing is visible one-sidedly.
