Delete Your Account
You can delete your Couples Wellness: Blisswell account and its data at any time, directly inside the app. This page explains the steps, what gets deleted, and what is kept for a limited time.
1. Delete from inside the app
- Open Couples Wellness: Blisswell and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity. If you signed up with an email address, enter your password. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you will be asked to authenticate with that provider again.
- Confirm the deletion. It starts immediately.
2. If you cannot access the app
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and we will process the deletion for you:
Please write “Account deletion” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed. Requests are handled within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
3. What is deleted
The following is deleted immediately when deletion completes:
- Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, authentication record).
- Your profile, onboarding answers, progress, streaks, favorites and subscription entitlement records.
- Your notification preferences and registered devices.
- The entire shared couple space, including weekly ritual answers, shared goals, appreciations, cards sent between you, and the shared activity feed.
- Data stored only on your device — including your private journal and individual reflection answers, which never leave your phone — is removed from the device once deletion finishes.
4. What is kept, and for how long

6. How long it takes
Deletion begins as soon as you confirm and normally completes within a few minutes. If a service is temporarily unreachable, the process retries automatically for up to 30 days until every record is removed.
