Delete Your Account
You can delete your Sexual Wellness: Blisswell account and its data at any time, directly inside the app. This page explains the steps, what gets deleted, and what is kept for a limited time.
1. Delete from inside the app
- Open Sexual Wellness: Blisswell and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity by entering the password of your account.
- Confirm the deletion. It starts immediately.
2. If you cannot access the app
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and we will process the deletion for you:
Please write “Account deletion” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed. Requests are handled within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
3. What is deleted
The following is deleted immediately when deletion completes:
- Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, authentication record).
- Your profile, onboarding answers, preferences, and subscription entitlement records.
- Your progress, including completed sessions and exercises, streaks and favorites.
- Your notification preferences and registered devices.
- Your connection with a partner, if you have one. The link between your two accounts is removed, and if your partner had premium access through your subscription, that access ends. Your partner’s own account and their own progress are not deleted.
- Data stored only on your device — including the notes you keep in the app — is removed from the device once deletion finishes.
4. What is kept, and for how long

6. How long it takes
Deletion begins as soon as you confirm and normally completes within a few minutes. If a service is temporarily unreachable, the process retries automatically for up to 30 days until every record is removed.
