Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using it you represent that you are an adult and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Scope and what the app is not

Calm Anxiety is a psychoeducation and wellbeing app on anxiety coping skills, written by a clinical psychologist.

Do not disregard a professional’s advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the app.

3. Account

An account is used for the web app and to manage your subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Your journal, mood entries and answers are stored only on your device; see the Privacy Policy. For deletion steps see the delete-account page.

4. Subscription and payment

• The Calm Now tool and the support resources are free. The full programme is a paid subscription that renews automatically, monthly or yearly. Price and terms are shown on the subscription page before payment.
• A 3-day free trial is offered on the monthly plan only; there is no trial on the yearly plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when it ends.
• Subscriptions started on the web are charged through iyzico and managed from your account at blisswell.app; subscriptions started in the App Store or Google Play are managed through that store.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your access continues until then.
• No money-back guarantee is given. This does not remove the mandatory consumer rights granted by law (for example the right of withdrawal and rights for defective services); those rights are preserved. See the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-Sale Information and Cancellation & Refund.

Price changes are notified to you before they take effect; you can end your subscription in response.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its security or operation, not to copy, reproduce or distribute the content without permission, and not to transfer your account to others.

6. Intellectual property

The content, texts, design and software in the app belong to GMY Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

The content is prepared with clinical suitability in mind but is not a personal medical or psychological assessment. The app is provided “as is”. Subject to liabilities that cannot be limited by law and to your mandatory consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in consumer transactions, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country, are preserved.

10. Changes

We may update the Terms. Material changes are shown by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.
